4AS Global Ltd is a UK-registered company and official distributor of luxury home textiles and bedding. Our registered trademark 4AS (Trade Mark No: UK00003955861) is registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office. Our UK distribution centre is located at 1 Glenburn Rd, East Kilbride, Glasgow G74 5BA, United Kingdom.
Placing an Order
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled and any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
Delivery
We offer free standard delivery across mainland UK. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes). Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and remote island postcodes may take additional time. Full delivery information is available on our Shipping and Returns page.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, including liquidated stock sold through our dropshipping programme, sale items, personalised items and opened personal care products. Full details are available on our Shipping and Returns page. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography conditions. If a product does not match its description in a material way, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4AS Global website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is the property of 4AS Global Ltd and is protected by UK copyright law. The 4AS trademark is registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, 4AS Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
