You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

I bought this for my grandson when he stays over during the days...the very first thing I did was when I opened it was to test if its waterproof and I can assure you it's definitely waterproof!!It's soft and very good fit. Excellent quality. Many thanks

My son was out nappies completely, day and night, by 23 months old. I bought this in case of any accidents. It fits great, doesn't slide off and doesn't sound like a plastic bag, like others. He's never had an accident yet so can't comment on the waterproof part. Although it's the same one I have on my king-size bed and I'm sure I spilt water on it but it didn't go through to mattress.

I bought this for someone else - they said its really soft and comfortable, no noise and does the trick. In fact I had to send the link to this to their friend as they wanted one as the quality was so good. I would imagine this is great for anyone wanting to be protected against emergencies (could be pets or for those that like a cup of tea in bed but always seem to spill it!)
