Delivery

Free UK Delivery We offer free standard delivery on all orders across the UK with no minimum order value.

Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days. Most orders arrive within 3 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day.

Tracking A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.

Scottish Highlands and Islands Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and remote island postcodes may take an additional 1 to 2 working days.

Please note: We do not ship to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes).

Returns

30-Day Returns Policy You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return Email us at info@4asglobal.com to initiate your request. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item to our UK distribution centre at:

Items sent back without a prior approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@4asglobal.com with your order number and a photograph. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on the following: perishable goods, custom or personalised items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Orders For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@4asglobal.com.

Note: Items purchased using vouchers, promotional codes, or mystery box promotions by dropshippers are strictly non-refundable.
