Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Bought for rectangular pillows. Good soft and silky material, no particular smell when unpacked. The only complaint is that it lacks a bit of density. But it's still a good buy and the price is competitive

Good pillow, no feathers have poked through for me - came in a cambric proof cover. Good amount of feathers for medium pillow (I don't like a high pillow). Arrived very quickly vacuum packed. No smell, quick shake and all was good. Thank you.

These pillows are great value - the comfort and softness of them were far better than I expected from a pillow at this price point! I was also very pleased to discover that they did not carry the smell that some down pillows do. If you are like me and enjoy a soft pillow that you sink right into then I would highly recommend these!

Nice pillows that are very soft because of the fill of feather and down filling. I have a problem with stiff high pillows because of my neck so these are perfect because your head sinks into them without any pressure on your neck. They came in a nice big box so we’re all nicely plumped up when delivered. Each morning I just shake them gently and they fluff up nice again. They are quite thick too so resist having feathers poking through like some do. They’re lovely and comfy. These seem to be good quality pillows. They are soft and comfortable to lie on (if you like a soft pillow). The casing seems to hold the contents very well (my old ones didn't - there were feathers everywhere). There was a bit of a smell when I opened the package, but that appears to be just from the packaging, as the pillows in situ don't seem to smell at all. The only downside is a slight rustling sound when you move, but that's a price worth paying to have a casing that doesn't leak feathers. Overall, I'm happy with the choice. I paid £21.95 for a pair, which I think is good value for these pillows.
