Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Lovely towels. Just big enough. Cant fault this company even when package went walkabout all due to Royal mail. Quick to try tracking parcel with no luck due to royal mail again. So was offered a refund or a replacement. Yet 7 days later royal mail delivered the first parcel.
